Daan Mostert
Director: Mostert Skosana Inc.
Daan holds a Baccalareus and a LLB degree from the University of Stellenbosch, He also holds a Master of laws degree from Unisa in personality as well as criminal law. He has been in private practice since 1993.
Linda Skosana
Director: Mostert Skosana Inc.
Linda Skosana obtained a Baccalareus and a LLB degree from Wits University. He enjoys general legal practice and specialises in labour related matters. He is also a member of the Gauteng Housing Tribunal.
Meet Daan Mostert
Daan Mostert holds a Baccalaureus and LLB degree from the University of Stellenbosch, as well as a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of South Africa, with a focus on personality and criminal law. He has been in private practice since 1993, building a career grounded in integrity, independence, and a passion for the intellectual challenges of the legal profession.
Daan is an active member of several professional bodies, including the Institute of Directors, the international Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), and the Fiduciary Institute of South Africa (FISA). He also served for several years on the Investigating Committee of the Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors, contributing his expertise to the ethical oversight of the auditing profession.
With a solid and diverse client base—ranging from state-owned entities and business leaders to private individuals – Daan is respected for his depth of knowledge, practical insight, and dedication to delivering sound legal solutions.
